Standard Shipping: We offer USPS automatic shipping for all orders. The delivery time for standard shipping is typically 5-7 business days within the United States.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100! The free shipping will automatically apply to your cart once the total order value exceeds $100.

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Im7ats@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange Policy: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like in exchange.
